Karen has lead women’s retreats in Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Crete and Bali.

Lisa Hernandez is a yoga therapist with a background in neurological rehabilitation as a licensed occupational therapist. Her teaching emphasizes the harmonic integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit resulting in healing on all levels. Lisa believes that yoga is not only about the physical asanas but it is about awakening and witnessing the consciousness and compassion in us which creates a safe environment for self-exploration and transformation. Her devotion is to help women inhabit their bodies with loving-attention and respect, inviting us to respond intuitively to our inner wisdom. Lisa is an Ayurvedic healer and does personal retreats focusing on one’s essential self and living in harmony. She lives in the Yucatan, Mexico at Luum Ayni, a center that embraces permaculture, sustainability and yoga.
