Isla Mujeres, Mexico

The gateway to Isla Mujeres is Cancun Mexico’s International Airport.  After a 30 minute taxi ride to Puerto Juarez, you will take a ferry to Isla Mujeres.  We will be staying at Na Balam Hotel, an intimate, informal hotel on the north beach where the landscaped trails, tropical gardens with hammocks hidden away, and the beauty of the ocean will provide a perfect abode for our retreat.

Plan to arrive on Isla Mujeres, Saturday, March 17 by 6:00 PM when we will gather for dinner and our opening circle in our thatched roof palapa.  Each day will begin with breakfast followed by the morning circle.  Yoga will be scheduled throughout the week.  After lunch there will be free time to explore the island, snorkel, siesta, read in the hammock on your private patio, play on the beach, get a massage, swim in the ocean or shop at the local craft markets.  Evening group will be after dinner with our final gathering/closing ritual Friday, March 23.

The cost of the retreat is $2,000, which includes the retreat, yoga, lodging (double occupancy), and gourmet meals.  For single occupancy, add $400.  Fee does not include airfare, airport transfers or tips.

We strongly suggest that all participants take out travel/health insurance to protect their travel investment.

A non-refundable $500 deposit will hold your space.  Registration deadline is February 13, 2012.  Cancellations must be received in writing by January 31, 2012 for your payment (less the deposit) to be refunded.  Space is limited
